Our very own Digital Thermatic® / Electric Fan Switch is designed to manage your Electric Fans or Electric Water Pump (EWP®).
This kit includes two thermal sensors offering numerous installation options for coolant temperature sensing whilst the inline adapter allows easy fitting directly into the radiator hose. Just screw the ¼ NPT sensor directly into the inline adapter and remove about 17mm (2/3”) of radiator hose, fit the inline adaptor between each hose and secure the hose clamps.
The switch can run 1 or 2 fans and be used for 12 or 24 volt applications. It has an adjustable temperature range of 40ºC to 110ºC (104ºF to 230ºF) which can show Centigrade or Fahrenheit.
24 Volt Application
Kit sold in 12-volt configuration, for 24-volt application, you will need to purchase 2 x 24-volt relays.

IP66 Rated:
Integrated electrical noise filter for improved compatibility and reliability in older vehicles that produce high levels of electrical interference and noise.
The Inline Sensor Adapter simply fits into your engine’s top radiator hose. The adaptor ends for hose fitting are 35mm in size.
Two 1/4" NPT holes allow the fitment of a sensor and or air bleed. Should you only need one hole, a bung is included.

Convenient push-button settings allow you to quickly set the temperature you wish the Thermatic Fans to be activated.
The Digital Thermatic Twin Fan Switch should be mounted in the engine bay close to the radiator.
*Note: if using this switch for use with and Electric Water Pump (EWP), it will not vary the speed of the pump in response to engine temperature but rather turn the pump on and off at your set temperature. For EWP control, we recommend the Digital Controller (Part 8002) which can manage both the EWP and your Thermatic Fans.
