The Davies Craig Hydra-Cool® 23 Plate Transmission Oil Cooler & 8" Thermatic® Fan Combo (24V) is a complete heavy-duty transmission cooling solution engineered for commercial vehicles, trucks, buses, heavy equipment and 24V electrical systems. Combining the premium Hydra-Cool® 23 Plate Plate & Fin Transmission Oil Cooler with a high-performance 8" Thermatic® 24V Electric Fan, this kit delivers exceptional cooling performance, even when natural airflow is limited.
Featuring advanced plate & fin technology, the Hydra-Cool® oil cooler provides superior heat transfer while requiring up to 33% less mounting space than a comparable tube & fin cooler. High-efficiency internal turbulators maximise heat dissipation with minimal pressure drop, while the included 24V Thermatic® Electric Fan ensures constant airflow through the cooler core during towing, stop-start traffic, off-road driving and heavy-duty commercial operation. Every Hydra-Cool® oil cooler is manufactured from lightweight aluminium and 100% pressure tested to 150 psi for maximum durability and reliability.

This complete cooling solution improves transmission reliability, enhances shift performance and helps extend the life of both the transmission and transmission fluid. For automatic fan operation, Davies Craig recommends pairing this kit with the Digital Thermatic® Fan Switch.
